Puppy Purchase Agreement:
All our puppies are sold as pets only with limited registration. No breeding rights. We recommend you spay or neuter your puppy! Your puppy has been checked by Oz Kennels veterinarian, and is guaranteed to be healthy and free of communicable diseases on the day of sale. You will receive health records, that will indicate the dates the vaccination and worming medication is given.
You are required to take your puppy to your veterinarian for a general health check-up.
This needs to be done within five days after the purchase of your puppy. Bring your health records with you. Your veterinarian is not to administer any vaccinations or worming within
10 days of last vaccination or worming recorded on puppy’s health record!
Do not repeat any vaccinations or administer worming medication that the puppy has already received.
If the above guidelines are not followed Oz Kennels can not be held responsible and therefore VOIDS your puppy purchase agreement.
Although all precautions have been taken and the puppy has been treated, the health warranty does not include any Viral Infections, Parasites, or Coccida these can easily be treated if needed.
The breeder is not responsible for any expenses incurred after the purchase of this puppy.
It is the buyer’s responsibly to see that the puppy gets proper medical care if needed.
Health Guarantee:
Your puppy is guaranteed for a period of (six) months against any life-threatening congenital defects. If within the period of (six) months your puppy is found to have a
Life threatening congenital defect; please return the puppy and the original paperwork at your expense including shipping costs. You must have a written statement from a licensed veterinarian stating the health condition that the puppy has.
We will then contact our veterinarian for his opinion as to the puppy‘s condition.
If our veterinarian is in agreement that your puppy has a life-threatening condition; the puppy will be replaced. This will be done within a (six) month period or as soon as a puppy is available.
We do not issue any refunds on the purchase of a puppy, replacement of puppy only with the terms stated in this agreement.
If for any reason you can no longer keep your dog, please contact me first!
We have limited space, and can not accept any unwanted pets back. Please contact me and I will try to assist you in placing your dog in a good home.
I do not want any of our dogs to go into an animal shelter!
